The company, founded in 1997, was an amalgamation of two companies,
S & J Property Services and Larman & Roberts Building
Company. Working from a small office in Leigh-on-sea, the
two founder directors were John Welbourn from an electrical
industry background and Barry Larman with financial experience.
Due to continuous growth and strategy plans, the appointment
of a further three directors was made in 2004; Colin Shulver
responsible for Contracting and Health and Safety issues,
Doug Beale responsible for Essex Police and Local Authority
works and Derek Lowe responsible for M & E Installations
and Design. John has maintained his role as Managing Director, developing and implementing the strategic plans for his company, fully embracing the innovative changes within the industry in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.
